You enter the forest at the darkest point, where there is no path. Where there is a way or path, it is someone else’s path. You are not on your own path.
If you follow someone else’s way, you are not going to realize your potential.
— Joseph Campbell, The Hero's Journey

WHAT DO I DO

I love to learn, I’m a practitioner person. But the real gift of teachers, masters, guides, coach, is the capacity to ignite in their students, clients and friends the fire of knowledge that illuminate the path towards self-knowledge.
We need to learn, nothing in this world is very really “new”. Nobody is creating something new.
Pick the best one or ones. Follow. Learn.
The field of potential is infinite because of the unique interpretation your own potential awakened is going to perform.

What makes our life, social and work relationships better? What drastically improves our health?

Science, neuroscience, psychology, physics and modern medicine, they all are aware of the elephant in the living room, we have tried to ignore for too long.
The body speaks and does so through sensations and manifestations, which most of the time are linked to repressed emotional memories.
This triggers disease, inflammation, hyperactivity of the sympathetic nervous system, and cellular degeneration.

Yoga as an integrated system of elements such as

  • Meditation (The Goal, Mindfulness)

  • Breathing (The link between hyperactive mind and present moment)

  • Asanas (physical postures, body language awareness)

  • Ayurveda (the medical science of natural balance and interaction between body and environment)

They represent a pool of incredibly powerful tools accessible to all, to navigate your own inner, physical and mental space.
Yoga is the science of self-healing, and the empowerment of the resources we have.
Have you ever wanted to become the best, happiest, joyful, stable, confident and focused version of yourself?

My goal is to help integrate the effective benefits of these practices into the daily routine, building an efficient, functional and comfortable approach around the person or groups of specific people.

My recipe is simple: same notions, different language.

  • The notions are part of the sacred Vedic tradition, the oldest lineage existing in terms of Traditional Yoga, combined with a background of economic, social, and psychological studies of mine.

  • The language varies according to the type of person in front of me, or groups, and above all objectives. Social intelligence and empathy are the keys to translation.
